Return Policy

As written in each item listing all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are offered at this time.

Exceptions: Since we are human and juggling two small kids and a business, errors may happen. We do strive for perfection but unfortunately mistakes can occur. Please inspect items carefully upon delivery. You must email within 14 days of delivery with any complaints. 

If you receive the wrong size, the wrong item, or a flawed item please reach out immediately to info@pearlandfawn.com we will be happy to work with you to make things right! Proof of purchase is required, please include the item name, order number, and reason for concern in your email.

Shipping

We ship within one 7 business days usually much faster! If for some reason circumstances cause a delay we will contact you. 

You are responsible for using the correct address when checking out. We will ship to the address used at checkout and we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address because of customer error. If you notice it immediately after checking out send us an email at info@pearlandfawn.com. We will try and help but can't make any guarantees.

Once an item has been sent out it is no longer under our control. Please reach out to your local post office if you have trouble and give them your tracking number or file for an investigation. We are not liable for items not received. We do not issue refunds for lost packages.

International Shipping

We love shipping to our northern neighbors. :) Please be advised that shipping times are usually 4-6 weeks (depending on the province). If you need your package sooner we will work with you! Please just let us know!
